According to the National Statistics Committee, 551,300 citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for tourism purposes in January 2025.
Compared to the corresponding period last year, their number increased by 82,900 people or by 17.7%.
The number of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who traveled abroad in January of this year was distributed according to the purpose of the trip as follows:
visiting relatives - 425,839 people
travel - 117,199 people
treatment - 4,206 people
study - 2,975 people
official - 1,060 people
