According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, 1.4 billion tons of cargo were transported by road in 2024. This indicator increased by 4.8% compared to 2023.
The volume of cargo transportation by road transport by year is as follows:
2020 - 1,238.2 million tons;
2021 - 1,282.0 million tons;
2022 - 1,284.1 million tons;
2023 - 1,322.0 million tons;
2024 - 1,385.5 million tons.
