According to the National Statistics Committee, as of April 1, 2025, the permanent population of the Republic of Uzbekistan was approximately 37.7 million people.
The population increased by 154,600 people compared to the beginning of the year.

Andijan region - 3,474,1 thousand people;
Bukhara region - 2,082,8 thousand people;
Jizzakh region - 1,544,3 thousand people;
Kashkadarya region - 3,656,0 thousand people;
Navoi region - 1,099,2 thousand people;
Namangan region - 3,144,8 thousand people;
Samarkand region - 4,315,3 thousand people;
Surkhandarya region - 2,959,8 thousand people;
Syrdarya region - 934,5 thousand people;
Tashkent region - 3,121,5 thousand people;
