According to the National Statistics Committee, 198,089 live births were registered at civil registry offices across the republic during January-March 2025.
The distribution of these newborns by age groups of their parents is as follows:
Father's age:
Under 25 years old - 9.6%;
25-39 years old - 82.7%;
40 years and older - 7.7%;
Mother's age:
Under 25 years old - 37.1%;
25-39 years old - 61.5%;
40 years and older - 1.4%.
