According to the National Statistics Committee, large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 2.3 thousand tons of sweet dry biscuits in January-March 2025.
This figure increased by 400.5 tons compared to the same period last year.
The dynamics of this indicator over the years are as follows (January-March):
2023 - 2.5 thousand tons;
2024 - 1.9 thousand tons;
2025 - 2.3 thousand tons produced.
