According to the National Statistics Committee, as of June 1, 2025, 16,405 units enterprises with foreign investment are operating in the republic.
Of these, 4,087 are joint ventures and 12,318 are foreign enterprises.
Furthermore, when analyzing this indicator by sector, the largest share belongs to the trade sector (36.2%).
The breakdown by sectors is as follows:
in the trade sector - 5,932 units
in the industrial sector - 3,413 units
in the construction sector - 1,221 units
in the information and communication sector - 1,182 units
in the accommodation and food services sector - 681 units
in the transportation and storage sector – 535 units
in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector – 411 units
in the healthcare and social services sector – 198 units
in other sectors - 2,832 units
