According to the National Statistics Committee, as of July 1, 2025, a total of 397,308 units commercial enterprises are operating in the republic.
Of these, 649 units are joint-stock companies.
The number of commercial enterprises by organizational and legal form is as follows:
limited liability companies – 306,026 units
private enterprises – 48,886 units
family businesses - 38,234 units
joint-stock companies – 649 units
others – 3,513 units
