According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of insurance services in January-May 2025 increased by 1.1 trillion soums compared to January-May 2024 and amounted to 4.5 trillion soums.
The largest share in the volume of insurance services was occupied by accident insurance, insurance of motor vehicles and other types of transport, cargo and property insurance, and others. Their combined share accounted for 88.1%.
In January-May 2025, the share of life insurance services constituted 6.4%, while reinsurance services made up 5.5%.
