According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-May 2025, a total of 30,5 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Egypt for tourism purposes.
This figure increased by 17 thousand people or 2.2 times compared to the corresponding period last year.
Citizens of Uzbekistan who visited Egypt in January-May of this year were distributed according to the purpose of their trip as follows:
tourism - 27,002 people
visiting relatives - 3,392 people
medical treatment - 64 people
business - 15 people
study - 6 people
