According to the National Statistics Committee, in 2024, all categories of farms in the republic produced 475.2 thousand tons of sheep and goat meat (in live weight).
The volume by farm categories is as follows:
in farms - 22.7 thousand tons;
in dehkan and household plots - 432.8 thousand tons;
in organizations engaged in agricultural activities - 19.7 thousand tons.
