According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 223,600 foreign citizens visited the Republic of Uzbekistan for commercial purposes in January-June 2025.
This figure increased by 158,600 people, or 3.4 times, compared to the corresponding period last year.
The breakdown of foreign citizens who arrived in Uzbekistan for commercial purposes in the first 6 months of this year by country is as follows:
Afghanistan - 207,536 people;
Tajikistan - 12,244 people;
Turkmenistan - 1,642 people;
Russia - 451 people;
Turkey - 276 people;
Kazakhstan - 255 people;
Other countries - 1,177 people.
