According to the National Statistics Committee, nearly 5,000 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Malaysia for tourism purposes in January-June 2025.
This figure increased by almost 1,000 people or 26.4% compared to the same period last year.
Uzbekistan citizens who traveled to Malaysia during the 6 months of this year were distributed according to their travel purposes as follows:
tourism - 4,220 people
visiting relatives - 478 people
official - 185 people
study - 93 people
medical treatment - 5 people
