According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-September 2025, large enterprises produced 9.9 thousand tons of semi-smoked and smoked sausages.
This indicator increased by 37.3% compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
The dynamics of this indicator over the past years is as follows (January-September):

— 2024 – 7.2 thousand tons
— 2025 – 9.9 thousand tons
