According to the National Statistics Committee, as of November 1, 2025, 25,887 commercial enterprises operate in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-October of this year, the trade turnover of public catering enterprises exceeded 190.2 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 14 % compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
