According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-October 2025, 33,287 foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for educational purposes.
This figure increased by 11,307 people or 51.5 % compared to the corresponding period last year.
The number of foreign citizens who came to Uzbekistan for study in the first 10 months of this year by country is as follows:

Tajikistan - 2,323 people
Pakistan - 1,620 people
China - 1,254 people
South Korea - 806 people
Kyrgyz Republic - 696 people
Egypt - 498 people
Philippines - 461 people
USA - 429 people
Turkey - 333 people
Afghanistan - 280 people
Jordan - 175 people
Russia - 158 people
Great Britain - 153 people
Other countries - 1,431 people.
