According to sample household surveys of the National Statistics Committee for January-September 2025, 88.1 % of households in Uzbekistan live in a separate house (private house).
The distribution of households by type of housing is as follows:
- separate house (private house) - 88.1 %;
- apartment buildings - 11.7 %;
- other types of housing - 0.2 %.
