According to preliminary data from the National Statistics Committee, in January-November 2025, Uzbekistan imported 161.4 thousand tons of bananas worth 54.3 million US dollars from 8 foreign countries.
The volume of banana imports increased by 10.8 thousand tons compared to the corresponding period of 2024.
Countries that delivered the most bananas to Uzbekistan in 11 months of 2025:
- Ecuador - 145.9 thousand tons.
- China - 13.9 thousand tons.
- Kazakhstan - 565.8 tons.
- Turkey - 384.9 tons.
- Kyrgyz R. - 337.3 tons
- Other countries - 324.6 tons
