According to the National Statistics Committee, as of December 1, 2025, 26,278 commercial enterprises operate in the catering sector in Uzbekistan.
In January-November of this year, the trade turnover of public catering enterprises reached 215.5 trillion soums.
This figure increased by 15.2 % compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
