According to the National Statistics Committee, as of March 1, 2026, 419 thousand commercial organizations operate in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 331.7 thousand are limited liability companies (LLCs), which is 79.1 % of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational and legal form is as follows:
Limited Liability Companies - 331,686 (79.1 %);
Private enterprises - 47,028 (11.2 %);
Family enterprises - 36,518 (8.7 %);
Joint-stock companies - 637 (0.2 %);
Others - 3,358 (0.8 %).
