According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 7,100 student places were commissioned in higher educational institutions of the republic during 2025.
Their distribution by region is as follows:
Namangan region - 2,000;
Andijan region - 1,800;
Jizzakh region - 1,000;
Kashkadarya region - 1,000;
Samarkand region - 1,000;
Republic of Karakalpakstan - 300.
