In order to conduct a preliminary check of the census questionnaire forms and instructions for completing them, surveys have begun in the usmonabad mahalla of the Yukori Chirchik district of the Tashkent region.
The survey, which will last until November 27 this year, involves 20 employees of the Central office of the State Committee on Statistics and the Statistics Department of the Tashkent region.
This event, conducted in collaboration with the United Nations population Fund (UNFPA), will examine the time and questions that will be spent on completing census questionnaires so that the population understands their content.
Also, citizens will be provided with explanations about the essence and significance of the census event and its significance in the development of socio-economic programs of the country.
Based on the results of the surveys, proposals will be developed to optimize the processes of the pilot population census, which will be held in 2021.
Medical masks and antiseptics are also being distributed to the population in connection with these surveys in the context of the pandemic.
