On November 24-27 this year, in the departments of statistics of Andijan, Fergana and Namangan regions, events were organized to implement the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to effectively organize work in the country in the state language".
At the meetings held in the valley, the Chairman's Adviser on improving the efficiency of spiritual and educational work, ensuring compliance with legislative acts on the state language - Kiemkhon Akhmedov and the Head of the Information Service, Press Secretary of the Chairman, Adviser on Information Policy – Usmon Abdurasulov made speeches. In their speeches, they talked about the effective organization of office work in the state language and the improvement of the information service.
Also, detailed explanations were given on the work of the management staff with regulatory documents, control over the effective organization of office work in the state language. Particular attention was paid to the allocation of a separate employee in the departments for office work in the state language and his duties.
During the events, relevant instructions and practical recommendations were given on the development of information services and the establishment of effective cooperation with the media in order to ensure the implementation of the presidential decree "On further measures to ensure the independence of the media and the development of the press services of government agencies and organizations." They also exchanged views on ensuring media coverage of events held by the department, improving the quality of photographs, and verifying the accuracy of information provided to journalists.
They also made specific proposals for media coverage of the ongoing preparations for the population census, organizing interviews, explaining the essence and significance of the census to the general public.
