According to the National Statistics Committee, the foreign trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Germany amounted to USD 411.6 million in January–April 2026.
This figure increased by USD 20.2 million compared with the corresponding period of 2025.
The structure of foreign trade turnover was as follows:
exports — USD 52.4 million;
imports — USD 359.2 million.
Investment and enterprises:
the number of enterprises with German capital operating in Uzbekistan stood at 240 as of 1 May 2026;
investments and loans from Germany utilized in fixed capital amounted to USD 205.3 million in January–March 2026.
Tourist trips:
10,989 tourists travelled from Germany to Uzbekistan;
2,981 tourists travelled from Uzbekistan to Germany.
Education-related travel:
42 people travelled from Germany to Uzbekistan for study purposes;
190 people travelled from Uzbekistan to Germany for study purposes.
