According to the National Statistics Committee, construction work worth 23.2 trillion soums was completed by the informal sector in January-April 2026.
This figure increased by 14.4% compared to the same period last year.
The distribution of construction work volumes by type of enterprise is as follows:
small enterprises and micro-firms - 39.6 trillion soums (46.9%) %;
informal sector - 23.2 trillion soums (27.5%);
large construction organizations - 21.6 trillion soums (25.6%).
