According to the National Committee on Statistics, in January–June 2026, the foreign trade turnover between Uzbekistan and India amounted to USD 598.1 million.
The foreign trade turnover included:
Exports — USD 84.2 million;
Imports — USD 514 million.
Investments and enterprises:
Investments and loans from India utilized in fixed capital — USD 225.9 million (in January–June);
Number of enterprises with Indian capital operating in Uzbekistan — 439 (as of August 1, 2026).
Tourist trips (January–July):
Tourists arriving in Uzbekistan from India — 32,462 people;
Tourists travelling from Uzbekistan to India — 12,003 people.
Education-related trips:
People arriving in Uzbekistan from India for study purposes — 3,853;
People travelling from Uzbekistan to India for study purposes — 44.
