According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the volume of real estate-related services reached UZS 22.3 trillion in January–August 2026.
This figure increased by 13.8% compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.
The volume of real estate-related services by region was as follows:
Tashkent city — UZS 14 trillion;
Tashkent region — UZS 1.7 trillion;
Samarkand region — UZS 1 trillion;
Fergana region — UZS 1 trillion;
Andijan region — UZS 698.6 billion;
Kashkadarya region — UZS 568.4 billion;
Namangan region — UZS 529.1 billion;
Surkhandarya region — UZS 493.7 billion;
Bukhara region — UZS 527.7 billion;
Khorezm region — UZS 417.4 billion;
Republic of Karakalpakstan — UZS 390.4 billion;
Navoi region — UZS 360.9 billion;
Syrdarya region — UZS 212 billion;
