President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On the approval of the State Program for 2021 - the Year of Supporting Youth and Protecting the Health of the Population".
This draft state program was discussed by the population and the general public through the web portals 2021.strategy.uz, jamoatchilik.uz, regulation.gov.uz, social networks and media from January 18 to 28 this year.
Within the framework of the discussions, about 700 materials were published in local media, websites, social networks, about 400 speeches and programs were broadcast on TV channels.
As a result, about 4 thousand proposals were received for the project. In particular, in the direction of public administration, 1,239, in the judicial and legal sphere - 479, in the economy - 901, in the social sphere - 1,018, in foreign policy and security - 146.
According to the proposals received, about 50 conceptual and more than 100 clarifying editorial changes and additions were made to the project.
The state program for 2021 provides for the allocation of funds to finance planned activities totaling 29,492.7 billion soums, 2,600.4 million US dollars and 57.5 million euros.
The state program consists of a total of 274 points and includes 5 tasks: the first - 20 points in the direction of public administration, the second - 18 points in the judicial and legal direction, the third - 113 points in the direction of economics, the fourth - 93 points in the direction of social spheres, the fifth - 30 points in the direction of foreign policy and security.
