Dialogue with the people, organization of work, study of problems on the ground and search for their solutions on the basis of a new system developed at the initiative of the Head of our state Shavkat Mirziyoyev - "mahallabay" and "fuqarobay", serve, first of all, to improve the well-being of the population. Along with other ministries and departments, the State Committee on Statistics is actively involved in this process.
Within the framework of the national charitable "Hashar", the staff of the State Committee on Statistics, together with the Department of Statistics of the Tashkent region, in their free time organizes "hashars" on the territory of the citizens' gathering of the Turkiston mahalla in the city of Bekabad, Tashkent region.
In particular, the staff of the committee cleared the streets and ditches in the “Turkiston” makhalla from garbage and other waste by means of hashar.
Sports and play facilities at 2 playgrounds next to apartment buildings located on the territory of the makhalla are painted in different colors, completely renovated and put into operation.
Also, trees on the territory of the makhalla were whitewashed and fruit and ornamental seedlings were planted.
Based on this, the leadership of the State Committee Statistics, representatives of the statistics department of the Tashkent region, having visited apartments in the "Turkestan" mahalla in the city of Bekabad, Tashkent region, received information about the living standards of the population, the elderly, disabled people, people who have lost their breadwinner, studied their problems and, together with the relevant responsible organizations district assist in finding a solution. Special attention is paid to those who are registered in “Temir daftar”, “Ayollar daftari”, “Yoshlar daftari” mahallas, to restore their health and provide employment.
When the well-being of the population living in the district assemblies of citizens of the makhali “Turkistan” was studied in the Mahallabay system of work, the majority of citizens applied for a loan for the organization and further development of their entrepreneurial business. Their appeals were communicated to the responsible persons of the banks attached to the territory, and appropriate instructions were given on the allocation of loans.
