In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710, from November 1 to 25, 2021 in the Khojaabad district of the Andijan region, the Yukori Chirchik district of the Tashkent region, the city of Khiva, the Khorezm region and the Yashnabad district of the city of Tashkent, it is planned to conduct a population census in a test mode.
On April 29 this year, the head of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) office in Uzbekistan Yu Yu, the deputy chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Mahmudjon Ziyadullaev and the head of the department for organizing and conducting the census processes of the State Committee on Statistics Kobul Berdikulov visited the Yashnabad region and got acquainted with the training process for registrars.
Participants made suggestions and advice to registrars on important issues to look out for in the listing process.

In the afternoon, Yu. Yu. exchanged his comments with the registrars and provided them with recommendations for compiling lists of housing.
At the end of the meeting, the registrars were presented with memorable gifts from UNFPA.
