May 9 is the Day of Remembrance and Honor, we again deeply realize due to what hard trials and difficulties we have achieved the present peaceful and calm life. We deeply adore our compatriots who died along the way. We value our independence even more, we understand the value of a peaceful sky over our heads.
The state pays special attention to honoring the representatives of the older generation, in particular, participants in the Second World War and home front workers, creating all-round amenities for them. In this regard, on April 20 of this year, a decree was adopted by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev "On encouraging participants in the Second World War".
In connection with May 9, the Day of Remembrance and Honor, the employees of the State Committee on Statistics visited labor veterans who had worked in the statistical system for many years and congratulated them on the holiday.
Through such charitable events, it is planned to provide moral and material support to labor veterans, the elderly and to express gratitude for their many years of work.
