In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2020 № 6099 "On measures for the widespread introduction of a healthy lifestyle and the further development of mass sports", various sports competitions are organized among employees.
In the State Committee on Statistics, every Saturday, in order to develop mass sports among the collective, weekly various sports events are held, held in special sports complexes. In particular, according to the plan, a cycling marathon was held between the departments of the central office of the State Committee on Statistics.
Assistance in the cycling marathon was provided by the company "Velo zapchasti" LLC.
The purpose of carrying out these regular physical education and mass sports is to form a stable immune system against diseases in every citizen by developing healthy lifestyle skills, rejecting bad habits, adhering to the principles of proper nutrition, systemic and effective organization of work to combat Covid-19, mass activities for physical activity, which also contributes to improving the performance of employees.
