According to the State Committee on Statistics, in January-April 2021, 1.0 million tons of cement was imported to Uzbekistan from abroad in the amount of 50.5 million US dollars.
This is 515.1 thousand tons more than in the same period last year.
The largest amount of cement was imported to Uzbekistan from the following countries in the first 4 months of 2021:
Kazakhstan - 498.3 thousand tons
Kyrgyz R. - 278.5 thousand tons
Tajikistan - 234.7 thousand tons
Iran - 10.8 thousand tons
Turkmenistan - 8.6 thousand tons
