In January-March 2024, 107.1 trillion soums of investments in fixed assets were disbursed in the Republic of Uzbekistan and, compared to the corresponding period in 2023, this amounted to 174.5%.

The share of small businesses in the Republic of Uzbekistan for January-December 2023 in the total volume of construction work amounted to 74.7 %, of which the largest share is accounted for by small enterprises (32.6 %).

On April 23, 2024, the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a presentation on the results of a seminar on the topic "Regional seminar on calculating housing price indices" organized by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Tbilisi, Gruziya, from April 15 to 19 this year. 

Based on the results of January-February 2024, in the structure of market services provided, the largest share was occupied by financial services (25.1 %).

On April 18-19, 2024, the twenty-sixth session of the Working Group on Environmental Monitoring and Assessment, organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), was held in Geneva (Switzerland).
