At the end of 2020, a total of 313.4 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers were produced in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The highest figure for the last 5 years for the production of these products was recorded in 2017, that is, 565.4 thousand tons.
According to the results of January-March 2022, the gross value added of trade amounted to 11,112.7 billion soums, and, compared to the corresponding period of 2018, increased by 1.3 times.

The volume of imports of small businesses (businesses) in the Republic of Uzbekistan for January-March 2022 amounted to 3655951.0 thousand US dollars or 147.1% of the corresponding period of the previous year, the largest volume of imports of products (works, services) falls on small enterprises - 2095683.5 thousand US dollars.

As part of specialized construction work, in January-April 2022, the share of construction work performed by large construction organizations increased by 2.0 percentage points compared to the corresponding period in 2022 and amounted to 15.4%. The remaining 84.6% fell to the share of small enterprises and microfirms, having decreased by 2.0 percentage points compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
