One of the priorities of modern state policy is the preservation and strengthening of the health of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the strengthening of the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2020 No. UP - 6099 "On measures for the widespread introduction of a healthy lifestyle and the further development of mass sports", various sports competitions are organized among employees.

In January 2022, the highest share in the total volume of services was the share of such regions as the city of Tashkent (38.8%), Tashkent (7.6%), Samarkand (6.4%) and Fergana (6.2%) regions.

According to sample household surveys of the State Statistics Committee, as of January-December 2021, the structure of households in the Syrdarya region in terms of the number of its members is: 2.1% of households consisting of one person, 4.9% of households consisting of two people, 10.4% of households have three people, 17.4% of households have four people, 24.0% of households have five people, and 41.2% of households have six or more people.

In January 2022, in Namangan region, in the structure of the total volume of construction work, the volume of work performed in the informal sector amounted to 71.8 billion soums.

In January-December 2021, assimilated investments in fixed assets at the expense of enterprises in the Kashkadarya region amounted to 2947.3 billion soums and, compared to 2020, reached 101.5%.

At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) in industry in the Republic of Karakalpakstan amounted to 6,526.3 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 7.4%.

In January 2022, in Navoi region, in the structure of the total volume of construction work, the volume performed in the informal sector amounted to 45.3 billion soums.

In January-December 2021, assimilated investments in fixed assets at the expense of enterprises in the Jizzakh region amounted to 6279.7 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 3.2 times.

At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) of information and communications in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 11,659.7 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 22.0 %.

At a meeting on measures to improve national statistics chaired by the head of state on June 1 2020 year, the issue of human resources was raised, and instructions were given to train and improve the skills of all specialists of the statistical system.

At the end of 2021, the gross value added (GVA) of transportation and storage in the Republic of Uzbekistan amounted to 37,191.6 billion soums and, compared to 2020, increased by 15.7%.

In the period under review, the share of this sector in the republic's GDP amounted to 5.5% and, compared to the previous year, increased by 0.2 percentage points.

As of January 1, 2022, in all categories of farms in the Surkhandarya region, the total number of cattle amounted to 1,023.6 thousand heads (103.0% compared to January 1, 2021), of which 396.3 thousand heads are cows (102.8%), sheep and goats - 2,478.7 thousand heads (102.4%), horses - 15.4 thousand heads (104.6%) and birds - 5,079.7 thousand heads  103.6%.

At a meeting on measures to improve national statistics, held on June 1, 2020, chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, special attention was paid to personnel issues, training, training and retraining of all specialists in the statistical system.
