In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-August 2023, large enterprises produced 1,441.5 thousand pieces of car seats. Compared to the corresponding period in 2022, production volume increased by 14.0 %.

The largest volume of industrial products produced by small enterprises and micro-firms in the regions was recorded in the city of Tashkent - 39,051.3 billion soums, Tashkent region - 18,409.1 billion soums, Fergana region - 10,392.5 billion soums, Samarkand region – 9,427.2 billion soums, Andijan region – 9,102.9 billion soums, Bukhara region – 6,666.0 billion soums and Namangan region – 6,195.7 billion soums.

The share of communication and information services in the total volume of market services provided in January-August 2023 was 6.9 %, and the growth rate, compared to the corresponding period in 2022, reached 123.8 %.

Based on the results of January-June 2023, the gross added value of industry in the Syrdarya region amounted to 2,676.9 billion soums and, compared to January-June 2022, increased by 6.7 %.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-August 2023, large enterprises produced 6,541 motorcycles. Compared to the corresponding period in 2022, production volume increased by 2.6 rubles.

As of September 1, 2023, the number of operating enterprises in the trade industry was 155,265 units, their share being 32.5 % of the total number of operating enterprises.
