As of July 1, 2023, the sown area of vegetables in the republic amounted to 245.1 thousand hectares.
An analysis of the total sown area of vegetables by category of farms showed that 24.6 % of their area falls on farms, 70.9% - on dekhkan and subsidiary farms, 4.5 % - on organizations engaged in agricultural activities.
