As we reported earlier, the delegation of the Statistics Agency took part in the 54th session of the Statistical Commission of the United Nations (UN).

The largest part of transport services falls on services for the transportation of goods and passengers by road.

The share of small businesses in the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-December 2022 in the total volume of construction work amounted to 71.6%, of which the largest share falls on small enterprises - 30.5%.

In total, construction work worth 323.5 billion soums was completed in Kashkadarya region in January 2023.

On March 2 this year, the Department of Statistics of the Samarkand region of the Agency for Statistics under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a round table at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.

As of January 1, 2023, the number of students in schools in the city of Tashkent amounted to 499,417 people.
