In total, in January-December 2022, large enterprises in the Republic of Uzbekistan produced 1,001.4 thousand pieces of tires for passenger cars, the growth rate for this production compared to the corresponding period in 2021 amounted to 4.1 times.

In our republic, in 2022, there were 2,631 newly created enterprises in the field of information and communication, which is 2.1 times more compared to the corresponding period of 2018. In January 2022, cottonseed oil continued to decline for the fourth month in a row. Compared to December 2022, prices decreased by 0.5%.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, the number of operating small businesses (including farms and dekhkan farms) per 1,000 people in 2017 amounted to 12.2 units, and in 2022, this figure was 17.9 units, and increased by 5.7 units.

In January-December 2022, in the structure of the total income of the population of the Tashkent region, a significant share is income from labor activity 73.7%, income from transfers 17.5%, as well as income from the production of services for own consumption and income from property 8.8 %.
