In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-December 2022, large enterprises produced 6,241.8 tons of milk and cream with a fat content of more than 6%, the growth rate for this production by the corresponding period of 2021 amounted to 130.0%. Of these, 1,232.4 tons of milk and cream with a fat content of more than 6% were produced in December.
