Agzam Ikramov was born on 23 June1981 in Tashkent. By nationality Uzbek.

Higher, finished the Tashkent state pedagogical university and Tashkent state economic university.

In 2016 appointed by the vice-chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics.
