According to the State Committee on Statistics, in the first 6 months of 2021, 1,172 enterprises of the metallurgical industry of the republic produced goods worth 44,960.3 billion soums.
In 2021, enterprises of the metallurgical industry produced:
in January 6 820.2 billion soums (index of physical volume
103.9 percent);
In January-February 13 205.4 billion soums (index of physical volume 105.4 percent);
In January-March 20 658.3 billion soums (index of physical volume 107.9 percent);
In January-April, 28,817.4 billion soums (index of physical volume 111.2 percent);
In January-May 36,080.2 billion soums (index of physical volume 111.7 percent).
The largest share in the total volume of products produced by enterprises of the metallurgical industry in the republic fell on the Navoi region – 50.4% (31 enterprises of the metallurgical industry), the Tashkent region – 39.5% (137), as well as the city of Tashkent – 7.8 % (311).
