At the end of January-June 2021, the gross domestic product (GDP) of the Republic of Uzbekistan in current prices amounted to 318.5 trillion. soums and, compared with January-June 2020, increased in real terms by 6.2%.
Minor changes were noted in the sectoral structure of GDP. Thus, the share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries in the sectoral structure of GDP (GVA) increased from 23.0% to 23.1%, industry - from 28.3% to 28.5%, while the share of construction decreased from 7 , 4% to 7.1%. The share of the service sector remained at the level of the same period last year and amounted to 41.3%.
