For the purpose of improvement and planting of greenery in makhallas, residential buildings in the Yangikhayat district, the team of the State Committee on Statistics and the Department of Statistics of the city of Tashkent are organizing khashars at the local level.

In makhallas, the streets and ditches were cleared of garbage and other waste by means of hashar. In particular, on the territory of Yorkin Hayot makhalla, deep areas were filled with soil, and low and high areas were leveled.
