On September 7, 2021, chaired by the Chairman of the State Committee on Statistics Begalov Bakhodir Abdusalomovich, a videoconference was held on the preparation for the pilot census, organizational issues and the recruitment of census takers.
Remind that in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 11, 2020 No. 710, from November 1 to 25, 2021, a trial population census.
At this meeting, reports were heard on the work carried out in the regions where it is planned to conduct a pilot population census.
The chairman of the Committee criticized the slowness and disorganization of the preparatory work, gave appropriate instructions to the responsible persons for the high-quality and efficient conduct of the pilot population census.
Also, appropriate recommendations and instructions were given on the provision of census and instructor areas with premises, the formation of lists of enumerators and other organizational issues.
