In 2020, according to the State Committee on Statistics, the share of investments at the expense of the population amounted to 9.0 % of the total investment in fixed assets in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
When observed in the context of regions, the largest share was recorded in the Khorezm region - 20.7% of the total investment in fixed assets from all sources of financing.
At the same time, the share of utilized investments at the expense of the population in the Andijan region amounted to 20.6 %, in the Namangan region - 15.3 %, in the Fergana and Bukhara regions - 13.2 %.
