Goskomstat is taking large-scale measures to ensure a worthy participation of our country in another important international statistical event - the UN International Comparison Program 2021 (ICP-2021).
On September 14, 15 and 17 this year, the Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States held an online meeting dedicated to the survey of prices for consumer goods and services for the purposes of the ICP - 2021.
This online meeting was attended by the head of the price statistics department Umarov Mukhtor, the head of the price observation statistics department for the International Comparison Program Nishonboev Bunyodbek, the head of the Price department of the Tashkent city department for statistics Pashshaeva Madina and other responsible specialists.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider additional issues and proposals on prices for consumer goods and services, based on the results of monitoring the first quarter within the framework of the ICP - 2021, and also discussed the progress of work within the framework of the ICP - 2021.
At the end of the meeting, consultants of the CIS Statistical Committee presented the specifications of consumer goods-representatives for discussion by groups, and appropriate recommendations were proposed for conducting observation within the framework of the ICP - 2021.
