Dialogue with the people, organization of work, study of problems on the ground and search for their solutions on the basis of a new system developed at the initiative of the Head of State Shavkat Mirziyoyev - "Mahallabay" and "Fuqarobay", serve, first of all, to improve the well-being of the population.
On the initiative of the State Committee on Statistics and the Department of Statistics of the city of Tashkent, for the purpose of improving and landscaping makhallas, residential buildings in the Yangikhayat district of the city of Tashkent, hashars were organized in their free time.
In makhallas, the streets and ditches were cleared of garbage and other waste by means of hashar.
In particular, on the territory of Yorkin Hayot makhalla, deep areas were filled with soil, and low and high areas were leveled.
Also, in these makhallas, entrances and exits to the apartments of residents are put in order.
