In January-September 2021, the republic produced 2,070.7 thousand tons of fruits and berries, this figure for the corresponding period of 2020 amounted to 100.9%.
The largest volume of fruit and berry production was noted in dekhkan (personal) subsidiary farms - 1 277.2 thousand tons, or 61.7% of the total volume of their production, while low volumes were observed in organizations engaged in agricultural activities - 52.7 thousand tons (2.5%).
In the current period, compared to the same period last year, growth was recorded in farms - by 2.0% and dehkan (personal subsidiary) farms - 0.9%, and in organizations engaged in agricultural activities, there was a decrease by 14.1 %.
