In the Republic of Uzbekistan, in January-October 2021, 57,070.7 million kWh of electricity was produced. Compared to the corresponding period of last year, the volume of electricity production increased by 4926.2 million kWh and amounted to 109.4%.
For information, electricity production in 2021:
- in January 6,427.7 million kWh (an increase of 106.0%);
-in January-February 11,951.4 million kWh (104.3%);
- in January-March 17,987.4 million kWh (106.1%);
-in January-April 23,528.4 million kWh (108.5%);
-in January-May 28,809.1 million kWh (109.0%);
-in January-June 34,318.6 million kWh (109.1%);
-in January-July 40,340.0 million kWh (109.2%);
-in January-August 46,030.9 million kWh (109.0%);
-in January-September, 51,558.4 million kWh (110.1%) were collected.
Tashkent region has a share of 23.1 %, Syrdarya region 22.2 %, Kashkadarya region 19.0 % and Navoi region 16.1 % in the total volume of electricity produced by enterprises producing electricity in the republic.
